Walkington Cricket Club
Walkington Cricket Club play up at the playing fields in the village. The season runs from the end of April until early September. First Xl matches normally take place on Saturday afternoons, with second Xl recreational games on Sundays.
The club is working on getting both a youth development programme and a women's Xl 'up and running' soon.
Nets are held pre-season (normally indoors) and then outdoor net sessions take place at the club on evenings tbc during the summer.
